Logging into BrandBoss is simple and secure. This guide walks you through accessing your account, resetting your password if needed, and troubleshooting common login issues so you can get to your dashboard quickly.

How to Log In

Logging into BrandBoss is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to access your dashboard, projects, and brand tools.


Step 1: Go to the BrandBoss Login Page

Open your web browser and visit:

https://my.brandboss.app/login

You’ll be taken directly to the login screen.


Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Type in the email address associated with your BrandBoss account.

If you're not sure which email you used, check with your internal team or your BrandBoss administrator.


Step 3: Enter Your Password

Enter your password exactly as it was created.
Passwords are case-sensitive.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” under the login fields to reset it.


Step 4: Click "Log In"

Once your email and password are entered, click Log In to access your dashboard.

If your login is successful, you’ll be taken directly to your Customer Dashboard where you can view your sites, projects, and pending approvals.


If You Can’t Log In

If you’re having trouble:

  • Make sure your email and password are spelled correctly

  • Try resetting your password

  • Ensure your account has been activated

  • Try a different browser or clear your cache
